I gained a pound and am super upset about it. I know why I gained the pound but I'm not happy about it. Not one bit.

It happens!! We all hate it when it does, but it happens, it's a part of the struggle, don't let it get you down. Keep at it and you'll see the results. You're doing great, 15lbs is no joke!!

Don't beat yourself up too much. You know why it happened so in the future you can stop yourself from doing the same thing. You got this! Tomorrow is another day :)

Thanks guys I feel so much better! I'm doing a mix of keto/high protein low carb.

Don't stress out about gaining 16 little ounces. It's a drop in the bucket compared to what you've lost. an hour of exercise and a salad or two with some chicken breast will evaporate the pound in a day. Artcgirl is right: Tomorrow is another day, and it's another chance to do yourself right!

Hey it’s all okay 😊 One day at a time. I was doing great I lost 8 pounds in about six weeks andddd I haven’t lost a pound in the last two weeks. I haven’t gained but has been disappointing. We just need to keep up our motivation and all will be good. You are doing great !!!
