Journal de Christiana, 20 avr. 21

Day 2 complete, down 2.6 pounds this morning. I didn’t read from my book yesterday but on the 1st day I read ahead a bit. Starting a new diet and seeing the water weight drop right off is always encouraging.

I have to drive a family member to their doctor’s appointment so lots of sitting planned for today. I got up early and went for a walk trying to get a jump start on those 10k steps, currently at 4.4k steps. I’ll take my book and read while I’m waiting.

I’m going to try roasted sweet potatoes this week for the new thing to try.
