I wouldn’t make it a regular thing anyway. I eat it now and then .. these things usually are full of sweeteners and other additives for flavours.
I use it either if I fancy something sweet or If I don’t have enough macros left to fit a snack in

You can easily make your own homemade gelatine and that way you'll know what's in it.
All you need is gelatine powder, your fruit liquid of choice, and any type of sugar/sweetener that you want.
I make it all the time at home for a low calorie snack option and it only takes 5 minutes to make (you have to heat the liquid and add in the gelatine and sweetener), put it in the fridge to set, and you're done.
With homemade gelatine, the flavor options are pretty much endless. You can use 100% fruit juices, your own fruit puree, or no calorie drink syrups, etc.
