To my new beginning. Recovering from total knee replacement and getting more workout then i have in a very long time. Will continue my physical therapy even after i don't have anyone coming to my house or me having to go to therapy. 

It's been a little while since i've written. My knee recovery is going great. I've done the in home therapy and started out patient therapy today, using machines along with the other therapy. I haven't lost any weight, but i found out one of the medications i'm on causes me to gain weight. I'm off it now so i'm working on losing some weight now. 

Glad your knee is going well and hope you get the weight figured out now you are off that med.
