Carrot Cake Protein Oats!

This is how I make it: Ingredients - ~60g carrot - 40g steel cut oats - Salt - Cinnamon - Allspice - Ginger - 15g vanilla protein powder - 10g almonds - 10g raisins Directions 1. Grate carrot. 2. Put carrot, oats, and spices into a pot with 2 cups of water. 3. Cook for 25 minutes or as you like your steel cut oats. 4. Mix in protein powder just before it has finished cooking. 5. Empty oat oats into bowl. 6. Top with the almonds, raisins, and some cinnamon. I'm sure you can make this with normal oats but not sure how soft the carrots will turn out.

I've worked this out to 297 calories with almost 20g of protein. It's also delicious if you swop out the carrot with 150g pumpkin.
