Only lost 500g this week, but at least the scale is moving in the right direction. I've been really bad with drinking water this past week with the colder weather. Loaded another video on YouTube about 2 days ago. (Nadia Libra) I'm so behind with my videos. Everything is filmed, just needs to be edited and uploaded. Need to take care of that in the following week.
