Over 2 months since I've had a drop of soda. Started out alternating from water to sweet tea for flavor but now it's strictly water. Still have to work on my diet though. I follow calorie size rather than food groups so I still end up eating alot of carbs.

God for you! It's hard! I'm 7 years off of Diet Coke (I was addicted!) and all brown sodas. I still drink a sprite now and then when my blood sugar feels low or there's no other choice.
