Kind of reached a plateau, but haven't been logging. I have been eating consciously, but not exactly as healthy as I should. Life gets so demanding and my focus shifts from me to what I need to be doing and get done. Not only is is difficult to follow a restricted calorie diet and feel energized and fulfilled, it's just plain difficult to take care of myself sometimes.
Part of me celebrates I haven't gained back the weight from all my effort since January.
Back to the grind and holding myself more accountable. I already got some cardio under my belt for the day.
I always seem to reach my weight goal when have an event to keep motivated and inspired.
I now have 2 vacations coming up. Our first is a family trip to visit family and friends, and the second is girls trip to Hilton Head (which I've never been to.)
