2 hours on the elliptical to end my day and then my roommate got McDonald's and I couldn't resist. All that work gone. I feel like a failure. I fasted all day so maybe I won't gain that much but still. Gotta tell him to stop getting late food for me.

You can do I got Waffle House three nights ago and gained back 2 pounds but I told myself that morning tomorrow is new day! We all slip up!

I have to agree late night eating is no no we are done by 7:00 at night

We have all been there.. if I gain after I eat something not so healthy, it usually takes me about 3 days to get back on track. It's not worth it to me. ...

I’m a late night snacker! Ugh! So I am trying to have healthier options available for me. Not sure what your diet it is right now, but for me it’s a low carb , high protein , moderate fat. So I have these fried chicken skins from a deli here in San Diego ( my friend bought them for me to try) spicy vinegar flavor . I love them. I weighed them and 2 ( they are big) are 1 oz and I would eat those plain or can dip in garden veggie cream cheese. It’s satisfies my cravings. Plus I can usually order a burger here protein style so it’s a lettuce wrap. It’s fricken hard! The deal is you did burn a lot of extra calories working out. So do a good workout today and you’ll be right back to wear you were! Good Luck you can do this!

Thank you everyone! I work in a kitchen. I have to resist eating any food but I've been improving. I've been fasting most of the day and for the past 2 days I only ate lunch and skipped breakfast and dinner. If I do eat those two, then I have a very small portion size. I also started to focus on skipping Carbs. I didn't before and only focused on calorie size but now I want to start restricting certain foods in my diet. It's gonna be difficult cause I love potatoes and pasta but once in a while for maybe a cheat day.
