Monday must have been my play day cause except for the food and excercise, I really blew it. I ate the right food for my meals, however, I have figured out that my portions are too large. Easy to lose weight in the beginning but as time goes by, weight will come to a standstill, I will blame my metabolisim and my age and stop watching what I eat, start the self loathing again and round and round I go! Don't ask me how I know this.. I don't know why I didn't see this all those times before.
I was having lunch with my girlfriend, with the perfect body, and she mentioned the portion size to me. Apparently she has been doing the atkins for years, I have never seen her diet but noticed that she doesn't eat unhealthy foods, ever. So today, Tuesday, starts a new low carb eating habit. Hope this works!
