I hadn't really put 2 and 2 together on how much eating snacks was screwing me over until I saw the way the Food Tracker stacks it up, with the snacks on top. I gotta say, this food tracker is designed in a much handier way than the last one I used was. Especially how in addition to the daily layout, there's a weekly aspect to it that allows you to see your trends. In general, I do better when I eat larger meals and less snacks, though yesterday I overdid it and my lunch was insanely huge. The tracker says I'm averaging about 100 calories over its recommendation. That doesn't sound like much, but apparently it makes a difference. Also, my tendency toward crackers may be my snacking weak point.
