Woke at 226.0, up 1.1 after a big eating day. Black coffee until noon and got back to 225.8 just before breaking the fast. Ate chicken and sharp cheddar on low carb wraps and some broccoli with EVOO. Going to finish the month out with 16:8 IF with two meals a day. UPDATE: Lots of green tea today, so I was up to 227.6 by dinnertime. Going to polish off the crack chicken.
