10 April 2014 but recorded after midnight. Light eating day followed by a robust happy hour. Tons of calories but 1500 were from alcohol. Should get rid of them overnight. Crazy low body fat percentage and best ever body water, body fat weight, visceral fat, and metabolic age numbers. That just proves it! Drinking makes you fat but young! :)
