I've been eating so bad lately... I just get home from the hospital after 12 and feel like doing nothing. I'm sad because I'm gonna get fat again and lose all the hard work of the last 3 months 🥺 I didn't even workout this week, I'm just exhausted and today I have the covid vaccine side effects so im just eating a burger and resting 😂

Hang in there! Some of us experienced COVID vaccine reactions. Mine lasted two days; which is about norm I guess. What made me feel better about my reaction is that (whether true or not) - a very strong immune system will go into fight mode when we get that second shot. Feel better soon. I made sure to give my body especially good nutritional support before getting the vaccine and during my recovery. ☀️☀️☀️

when you are tired and not getting enough sleep your body doesn't act right

I had my last shot in March. It made me really tired during the day and all I wanted to do was sleep.
