SPRING RECOMP 2021 - DAY 30 REST DAY
Half ass lift day yesterday. Forgot the gym closed early and only had 25 minutes. Got my Front Squat, but definitely rushed and probably wasn't the wiser choice. 10 X 140; 5 over target. Thoracic flex is definitely better. Minimal wrist pain vs. the past. Next time I am going to see if I can work up to a full oly grip (vs finger roll) and a Sotts press.
No back off sets. No Press. No time. Decided this meant I should eat like Alexiev. Full sushi boat. Woulda been fine if it had ended there. Pop wandered in as I was shutting down the kitchen. Whipped up some broiler toasted super melty steak tacos. For us both. That was around midnight. 3000k.
Not sure what the opposite of a NSV is, NSF? But right after the tacos I blew out the waist button on my shorts. Pretty sure that's not due to the explosive power of my burgeoning lower abs...
Did a full weigh in yesterday at the 4 week mark, and BF% came in slightly lower at 13.1%. And calories have been coming down each week. Not feeling any of that bullshit. I need this waist fat off my fuckin body.
Assistant is MIA with the Covid for 3 weeks. Pops bath assist no showed. Sitter canceled last minute due to a death in the family. House cleaning service no showed. House is a filth fest. #2 son, rapidly approaching sasquatch proportions, needs clothes for tomorrow. And I haven't started cooking...
