Happy May! Woke at 227.1, up 2.2 from yesterday, after an evening of red wine, three pieces of pizza, and some boneless chicken wings. I NEVER get heartburn anymore, but I was dying last night as I tried to get to sleep. It serves me right! I was back down to 226.3 by noon and ate some salmon. Targeting 1610 calories per day this month (on average) and hoping to dip into the sub-220-pound zone at least once. UPDATE: Got a few more ounces off by 5:30 -- 225.6. Made burgers for dinner. All the macros were perfect until the red wine came out! I will adjust as necessary during the boring weekdays.
