It’s the final countdown... I have my first round of plastic surgery scheduled for June 30th. I am so thankful that I was effortlessly able to be approved for a Fleur de lis Abdominoplasty, a brachioplasty, and breast reconstruction. I am going to be doing my abdomen and my arms at the same time, which I admit I am hesitant of the recovery. Being a mom to three boys and 10 cats.... it will be interesting to be unable to do anything.... when so many want or need me to do everything.
I’m so excited to close this chapter of my life... literally cutting away all the old scars, the old pain, and the old me who was trapped inside a prison they ate themselves into. I haven’t been that person for a long time now (it seems as if she never existed some days).
So much has changed and I am finally who I always wanted to be, living for myself the way I deserved all along and never believed I could.
Sometimes I forget about this app/site and then I remember it.... my life has been so chaotic (in a good way) this past year. So many new changes and new people/places. It’s been a while and hopefully I don’t forget the app for as long 😝
