Why would we need to choose between those two options? I would argue that your diet is sub optimal, if you do not enjoy the foods you eat on a daily basis. Maybe everything can not be full fat full sugar regular stuff, but the 85% as good lower calorie alternative. Just an idea to think about.

what I'm trying to say is it's ok to eat food that isn't the best for our body sometimes and doesn't need to feel guilty about eating it, of course would be nice to be able to eat healthy delicious food everyday, but as human sometimes we have cravings for food that's not so healthy, and that's normal.
