My body is so sore! All I did yesterday was go walking during my daughter's softball practice, so I am assuming it is from the raking of leaves the day before.

I am committing right now to doing my Pilates dvd, so hold me accountable K? I know you will Cobra mama. :)

I think I will make shrimp cocktail and salads tonight for dinner. My daughter will be gone tonight for dinner so I always try to make a meal she doesn't like on Wednesday nights. So shrimp would be perfect. I got so burnt out on salads in the beginning, that I can't even tell you the last time I have had one. But, I am wanting one now, so I think I will plan to have that tonight as well. I am not a big salad eater, but sometimes I really crave one. Not often, but every once in a while.

You are doing the RIGHT thing as you weigh every day - especially during this PARTICULAR stage of your weight loss endeavor! I am in the maintenance stage and my goal is to increase my AWARENESS about how my body FEELS - without looking toward the scale to tell me how I should feel. As for you - the number continues to drop and drop. So weighing EVERY DAY is rewarding - right?

I'm with Cobra Fan -- weighing in every day is a good practice. In fact, studies show that people who weigh every day are more successful with their diets. On the other hand, you chart looks good, who am I to argue with your success?
