Sooo busy at work. My manager is off for the next 2 weeks and there is a ton of email in my inbox to get through. I almost didn't go for a run at lunchtime because there is so much to do. But I bought a swimsuit last night because we are going to a water park this weekend. Enough said, I got out there and did my run. My coworker has a cold and opted out, but I went and enjoyed it. The sun was great and I pushed myself and did a bit extra! And now I feel awesome.
