I just wanted to thank everyone for their kind words and reassurance that I am not alone! I still feel broken, but it is getting easier, day by day. I have up'd my walkin speed and now walk nearly four miles every day and when i can, i get myself on the thigh trainer! I am just focusing now on my daughter and my diet! I will lose weight and I will reach my target weight and i will feel better about myself! (I'm sure if i keep repeating these things, i'll eventually believe them!) lol
Anyway, thank you all again! x

I keep repeating similar things also. Try and feel good about yourself NOW though. You should be feeling pleased and proud of yourself. We are all pleased and proud for you! Hang on to these positive feelings, you are doing really well and will reach your destination weight in the end :)

I too just walked 2 miles today I was only walking 1 mile last week so I know how good you must be feeling after you finish that 4 mile walk...........keep up the good work and stay strong for you and your daughter
