It's past MN - I woke up and had a little bit of food, I ate less today, walked about a mile outside not including all of Toto's walks, tomorrow or soon I will start putting in food for the day. It is the easiest and best way to know when one is overeating and also it helps to get one on track too... back to bed hopefully so that I can sleep... I have such little time these days, today got up cleaned, went shopping for quite a while and got new Levis, then came home and cleaned more - always something to do, Friday night/Saturday morning after work I will try to clean everything well so I don't have to continuously do stuff throughout the week. Also, did some of the book - nowhere near as much as I wanted to - and will be keeping busy editing book 2 in the weeks ahead until it too like book 1 is done. I hope to get on buddies' journals in the week ahead...
