Back at it again starting today. I wasn't tracking because life got so hectic, but I was still dieting. I was down to my goal weight for a hot second due to me not eating much at all because I was so distracted.
After things settled down, my body and hunger played catch up and now I'm up a few pounds. Not much exercise either. Not a big deal, but since I had the visual of my goal on my scale even for a day-it makes me feel gross and that I could do better.
I got 11 days before we fly out to visit family. I work well with deadlines so we'll see..... :)
It really grinds my gears how beautiful the weather was while I was busy doing stuff and didn't get much sun. Now I have the time and it's rainy and grey. GRRRR....Mama needs some color in her pale ass skin. I know I could use fake tan out of a bottle, but it's not the same.
Oh well, "The Furnace" (Texas summer) will be here before you know it.
