Eggs, eggs and more EGGS! Its definitely my favorite food, but I don't need to live off a diet of eggs. At least after class today I have the rest of the day to myself, I will search for an alternative. Maybe avocado halves or cashews or cheese sticks as snack in between the meals. So far, I feel great, I have the energy I have been missing and I feel good. I currently work at an office where I answer phones and stay seated for a full 8 hours a day. I recently applied for a new position in the company and will be working with the doctors and will be constantly on my feet. That wont start for another two weeks but I'm so excited for it. Normally at work I am dozing off at the computer, consuming 3-5 cups of coffee a day just to stay up. I limited the carbs and I will drink coffee now just for taste and not to stay awake. My stomach has gone down a bit, I cant wait to weigh myself this monday morning! So far so good!
