Tried to workout this morning, but now my baby is sick. :( She's been fussy and crying all night, and had a bit of a fever. Still fussy and warm this morning. Poor thing. Thought I could get a quick workout in, but it was much quicker than I expected it to be. Now I'm feeding her and have to get ready to wake up my other son so I can drive them an hour to get to their pediatrician.

**MORNING WORKOUT**
1.Bowflex Xceed:
1.)Flies 3 x 15 (30lb. ea./ 60lb. total)
2.)Pulsating Squats 2 x 40 (no weight)
3.)Bicep Curls 2 x 10 (30lb. ea. side)
4.)Hamstring Curls 2 x 10 (30lb. ea. side)
2.Jumping Jacks (30)
3.Push-ups (5)
