What do you do to recover from a binge day? I stress ate yesterday...I knew I was doing it, but decided to give myself permission. However, I majorly over did it - 4500 calories!!! Do I just stick to my normal calories today or do I restrict to a 1000?

AMcq, I've been planning several walks in the past week, but it's been chucking it down. Nothing like the glorious Scottish summer to keep us on our toes 😊

Gilly babe, With your skinny bum, you also have slim legs and your upper body is slim. So don't be too tough on yourself. The stomach is always the tough bit to get rid of and I'm sure most of it is bloating. 😘
