I am doing OK... I was surprised today (as a former Air Force medic and LPN) about confusing misinformation put out by the CDC on their website areas. Some of their doctors are apparently not specialists and are as ignorant as the uneducated. It had to do with an illness... I posted on it repeatedly on FB. It is too long to tell, but sometimes only a specialist in one area needs to put in info - not some nitwit general practitioner. ---------- I am on low carb. I am doing well. Lots of rain today, no walk - it is pouring out and we need the rain anyway - but it has been an unusually cold and cool spring here. Take care everyone and I will try to get on buddies' journals soon. I have been on here since like 2007... off and on... and staying on here is good for maintenance but I need to lose now.
