Ive said this before, but Imma say it again - I cant believe how easy it is to do what I need to do nutrition wise, when I have the right mindset. Its like a switch in my mind where all of a sudden its not this huge daunting feat that I dont have the energy to tackle. I know thats where Im lacking though, when it gets hard, I give up instead of pushing through. Im hoping that the more I practice, and the more I pay attention, the better I will get, and will see the success that I know I can achieve.

I hit my daily goals yesterday, so todays are the same.
