Hello everyone. So I just started using the app a few days ago but have been getting back in shape for about a month now. So far I'm down 18.5 lbs in 31 days and each day gets better. Still have another 19.5 lbs to go and can't wait to get there. Just wanted to say hello and thanks to everyone on here getting their health back, you deserve it. Have a great MDW and a big thanks to my oldest son who is about to start his second year in the USAF and everyone else who has served or is serving. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE
