Got just over 8 km in, but can't seem to break over the 4.4 kph all week, soooo.......guess June has to see the jog/walk intervals start again. Did that for 2 wknds and hit the elusive 5 kph but didn't want to chance getting all perspired up and then chilled off over and over again. Catching a cold is NOT an option right now. Two sniffles and a sneeze and a guy could get ostracized pretty quickly in this current health situation!
