My journey in weight loss, or changing my lifestyle, so far has been exhausting yet exhilarating at the same time. Since my choice to start losing weight on March 4th I've lost 21 pounds (1 stone 7 pounds), 7 1/2 inches around my waist, and I've lost 3 pant sizes. I've gained more stamina for running, and strength for lifting. I'm feeling more confident in myself, and over all happier.
There has definitely been ups and downs, but all challenges have them. And I want to thank everyone who has commented on anything of mine, and for hitting that support button. I know it's just a quick click, but that quick click gives me more motivation than words, so thank you all so much for your support!
