Had a very light eating day but up a pound pre-dinner. As famished as I was upon arriving home from work, I was sure I'd dropped some weight! Oh well... will check in the morning and maybe be surprised. Ate 1521 calories and didn't use quite enough for a 1055 calorie deficit (based on new body fat numbers), so had to hop on the treadmill to burn off a few. I'm committed to doing that to see how this plan works!
