Hi everyone!!!

I hope everyone is doing good. I want to share something. Last year during lock down I stopped smoking for 25 days, but then started again due to lots & lots of kak that happened. Anyway, I'm 12 days smoke free again. This time it's for real though. If you are serious about quitting the best thing you can do for yourself is to buy Allen Car's book "Easyway to stop smoking".

Glad it worked for you and all the best for this time round! I stopped and started again so many times until the final time and it's now been 10 years smoke free. Good luck!!!

i stopped smoking about 10 years ago. well done for you doing this. top tip. put a bottle with lemon slices and water in the fridge. when you get that thing in you that is looking for the "ritual". take a walk to the fridge. slowly open the bottle. take a few sips. close the bottle and be mindful of it. honestly worked like a bomb for me. the lemon is detoxing. the ritual of hand to mouth gets satiated. and the risk of replacing the craving for eating is washed away with healthy water.

Yes, the Alan Carr book is great. 8 years now for me
