Doing well, staying on diet after party on Monday night, which caused a large weight gain - Atkins can be unforgiving very fast if you fall off at all so I'll do my weigh-in in a week or less instead of today. Weather is warming up finally but still cool but getting warm enough to take the dog on longer walks, was rainy earlier now it is cloudy but the sky is brightening. I will go get allergy shots as soon as I buy a bike in the next few weeks. The bus system is so lousy it would take hours I don't have to do it and with a bike it will be easier. I'm hoping that I can tolerate the shots as it seems the allergies are already starting with headaches... otherwise doing well, the writing is going well and believe it or not it is much better than my posts on here with all of their grammar mistakes!
