So I get up on my Saturday and do a waking weigh in of 206.8. Cool. Down a few ounces from last night, and a perfect launch to my post 16:8 treadmill workout that ALWAYS loses me another pound or two. But I slept 12 hours to make up for a mostly sleepless week and showed extra dehydration. I drank two large cups of water, a cup of coffee, and a Celsius energy drink and hopped on the treadmill. An hour later, I burned 830 calories and sweated a ton. I showered and hopped on the scale for my reward: 206.8! What? Exactly what I weighed when I woke up and now I will show an increase in weight on my chart. Bill. is. not. happy.
