So, I had a really weird dream last night where another version of myself showed up on my sofa. She seemed soooo relaxed and chill while I was all wired up and anxious about my body. She looked at me and said "Hey, try not being so hard on yourself. Don't be dumb. Just because you haven't gotten any skinnier in a while doesn't mean you haven't gotten any stronger." And then my alarm rang and it was time for me to do my pilates class. That's far from my normal state of mind. Maybe my dream self is right? I guess my focus this week will just be on getting stronger?
