I'm addicted to the "Living Foods, Organic Perfect Food Chocolate Covered Greens bars. I will have to give those up for a while as I move back into my Atkins lifestyle. I have several things I need to put down that I have picked up over the past 2 years. I'm going to move towards drinking black coffee too. This will save me calories, sugar grams and money! I've been using agave nectar. It's not cheap (I'm looking for benefits here)

My taste buds need to be totally retrained along with my food habits. There was tons of cake at work today first thing in the morning. Thankfully I didn't eat any because I don't need to eat cake every time it shows up, which is often!

I'm easing my way back into this Atkins lifestyle. I realize this is a lifestyle and not a dang diet. Diets never work for me. I have had great success at changing my life, one habit at a time in the past. I'll do it again.
