My Polar Loop shows I only got in 7,000 steps today. My goal is at least 8,500 steps. 10,000 steps is even better. I do better tomorrow.
My Loop stats show that I sat for 12 hours today. That's crazy. I'm trying to talk my boss into getting me a device that will raise my desk and allow me to stand for part of the day. I'm praying that I get that. It will make a huge improvement to my work environment.
