Didn't pack my lunch, and I'm starving so I'll go to Whole Foods and fix a good salad. I will cause the least amount of damage that way.

I would like to establish the habit of standing up and walking around once per hour while I'm at work. I need to take standing breaks until I can talk my manager into allowing me to purchase a adjustable height desk.
