Oatmeal is one of my staples! I’ve learned how oatmeal can be delicious with just blueberries and strawberries and such, and doesn’t have to be loaded with cream and sugar like I used to do. ❤️

If you add protein powder to oatmeal does it make you stay full longer? Is that why people do that?

Melanie Yes protein powder does help with fullness but I use it to get more protein grams as I lift weights alit and need the extra protein.💪

Hey can anyone tell me what does the colored line by peoples names mean? Some lines are green some red etc. And some lines are different lengths?

Melanie, it represents from left to right how far along in their goals they are. If you see a yellow line that meets in the middle, they’re sort of halfway. I hope that makes sense!
