ok, I'm back on track. I've surrendered my food struggles to God and I am willing to commit to a healthy eating program where I can nurture my body! My hubby treated me for ocean basket the night before last and offered me cheesecake of which I ate two bites to be polite and also shared a glass of wine but I didn't feel guilty afterwards and yesterday I just ate a little less to make up for it and it was totally worth it! Today I feel great and because I'm without angst and fear I can live a healthy life! My target is still reachable!
