Happy Friday FS fam!! Of course I exercised yesterday and ate 200 cals under my 1500cal daily goal and I GAINED 0.2 lbs 😅. Makes sense.
I will have to be extra careful this weekend. Going to DC to visit some friends and I’ll really have to watch what I eat and drink. It’s harder to keep track of calories when I’m not the one cooking. And I gotta watch my alcohol intake 😬. Have a safe and wonderful weekend everyone!
