I wrote some aggressive goals in my bio and did a before/after simulation with www.modelmydiet. I am eating far less than I should but I trying to make two up-coming laparoscopic surgeries successful and safer. I don't want Doctors to have to cut me open because there is too much fat in the way. I am also avoiding a gall bladder attack.
193 pounds to loose in 101 weeks equals almost 2 lbs/week. But much more aggressive loss in first 6 months till end of 2021 with 2.8 lbs/week.

Do you folks think these goals are safely doable? Or am I setting myself up for failure?

TorStar80: www.modelmydiet.com. It is free, to just generate the B4 & After. Click 'More Options' to make it look like you and make you older or younger. It generates side-view, and back-view as well, by clicking left or right. I right-clicked the 2 front-on images it generated, and saved them to my computer. Then I combined them in a photo editing program, and added text overlay. It is fun to do, and great for shy folks on FS.

2lbs a week totally achievable, I would average at least that and honestly I had a lot less I wanted to lose. don't take this the wrong way, but the more weight you have the faster it comes off. then it scales down the lighter you get. proper nutrition and a long exercise you will probably lose about 5 a week to start.

I did the model my diet thing and found out that my first FS goal weight doesn’t really physically look that much different than my starting weight (30 kg loss!) Eye-opening, surprising, and a bit disappointing, too. But I will be a lot more healthy and I can always set another goal once I reach this one! Fun playing around with the avatar though.
