This site has become LESS user friendly the past few years. Every single time they make a change it is not for the better. Years ago, one would go right on their diet site's page and see the posts, and many of one's friends would be on there with many discussions going on. Now that is all gone, and no one is even on here - buddies that is! The site should have been left alone. I am doing OK with the weight loss. I may go out today. Last night pizza but I did not eat the bread as I am doing low carb and it is likely I am allergic to wheat anyway.
