My back hurts. My tummy hurts :-( I am on medication for IBS. I guess I will continue but I really want to get rid of it. I was just sitting here thinking.. I've been on every diet i the world and had WLS but it's all for naught if I don't eat a healthy diet and exercise! Is it so simple, that I make it hard?
