ok i KNOW this is totally my fault but i feel like i am going to HURL!!!

i just ate 15 marie biscuits.... bleh....

Messing up is a perfect opportunity to learn how to do better next time. Its done. Make it your treat for the day and keep on track for the rest of the day :) Its not the end of the world (p.s. hope you gave them a good dunkin' in your tea or coffee lol)
