I'm feeling bored and dissatisfied. I had a very stressful week last week with the result that I didn't shop as well as I should. I was trying to stay in induction stage of Atkins but I can't face one more day of a plain slab of protein and a salad. I spent all day yesterday feeling woozy and hungry. My scale and tape measure are both stuck. I've decided it's time to move on to OWL and get some more food choices. I also have an appointment to have a body evaluation and start an exercise program. I WILL make out a better shopping list and plan dinners for this next week. I have lost 18 pounds and I'm not giving up now!
