Honestly, so chuffed and excited. After overindulging last weekend, I got back on the train this week. Within 4 weeks I managed to reduce my calories from 1500 - 1300 - 1000 average this week. And lost 2 kg in 4 days🎉 Aiming for a more sustainable 1200.
