Doing OK, I am following the diet as closely as possible. Weight is steady, so I will start working out next week or so. I'm buying a bicycle on Friday. If I don't move to AZ right away I am moving out of the building I'm in ASAP. People don't live in houses as long as I've been here - thirteen years. I imagine I'll just pick up and leave this autumn to AZ as the pain I have is too much to deal with, and I'm on strong pain pills and they're barely helping now. On a good note I got the Moody Blues Box Set CDs today really inexpensively through a music club and they're one of my favorite bands (they belong in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame) - and so I'm going to listen to that all evening while I write... And if I move the nicer weather will help this pain that I can't deal with in this cold weather...
