I'm very happy for you, it's a great way to detox BUT please remember with this "plan" you are losing muscle mass and water, and if you eat normally again you might pick up again, it's not very sustainable, rather do an omad fast or intermittant fast if you want don't healthy, also you are taking your bodies electrolytes out with just the water which in turn could lead to overhydration.
